BEETROOT TIKKIINGREDIENTS (9 Servings) - 2 medium potato, 1 cup semolina, 2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 2 teaspoon ginger, 2 large beetroot, 2 teaspoon chaat masala, 2 teaspoon fennel seeds powder, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 4 slices bread slices, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 4 pieces green chilli, black salt as required, 2 teaspoon coriander powder

HOW TO MAKE BEETROOT TIKKI
Step 1 - Boil The Potatoes And Beetroot
Add beetroot and potatoes in a pressure cooker and pressure cook to 5 whistles. The potatoes and beetroot should be fully done. If not, then cook for one more whistle.
Step 2 - Mash The Ingredients Together
Let the beetroot and potatoes cool down. Bring a bowl and grate beetroot and potatoes in it, mix them well. Add bread slices, green chillies, and all the spices. Mix well.
Step 3 - Shape The Tikkis And Coat With Semolina
Make round tikkis out of the mixture and align them on a plate. Spread semolina on a plate and coat the tikkis in it.
Step 4 - Shallow Fry And Enjoy
Heat oil in a frying pan and place these tikkis in the pan and shallow fry them in batches until crispy.
